NECA Conan the Barbarian Bronze Action Figure Packaging Revealed

The packaging photo release of NECA's convention exclusives continues as we reveal the Conan the Barbarian Bronze Action Figure in package. The first thing that came to my mind was that it follows closely to the clear clamshell packaging introduced by McFarlane Toys. Personally, I like the format as you get several different views of the figure (i.e. front, top, sides). It's almost enough to prevent you from removing the figure out of the package. The front of the package presents a classic photo from the original film. The back of the package presents a close-up image of the figure as well images of two of the upcoming figures in the line to be released later this year. The mighty Cimmerian is securely packaged along with his broad sword and display base. Enjoy the pic and try your best to capture this gladiator!

NECA Gears of War Anthony Carmine Packaging Revealed!

As we draw closer to the Con, we will be revisiting several SDCC exclusives that have previously been announced with brand new photos revealing their exclusive packaging. Back in May, we had announced one of NECA's prime Comic Con exclusives in the Gears of War Anthony Carmine action figure. Included was a photo of this cool figure breathing the fresh air in loose form. Now NECA has revealed what the figure will look like when you make your purchase. I must say that they did a great job with this one! The fiery background on the card front is a scorcher while the front label reveals the reflecting fire blue goggles. The card back shows a great head-to-torso close-up of Carmine along with a short script detailing his demise as well as head-shot photos of the other Gears of War figures in the line. The figure and the included accessories are securely packaged in the clear plastic clamshell. And of course, this also gets the official 2008 Comic Con Exclusive sticker to boot!
